1. General Terms
- Trainees must comply with the regulations and rules in the training program, which are in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Trainees must respect the rights of others and refrain from mistreatment.
- Trainees must adhere to the schedule set for the training program.
- Trainees must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Trainees must attend both live and recorded lessons.
- Trainees should complete assignments and exercises that contribute to academic progress and enable full understanding of the information. They should not rely on others to complete assignments.
- A request to postpone or change the course may be submitted during the first week of the training course, at the trainee's full responsibility.
2. Registration and Account
- Users must provide accurate and correct information when creating an account.
- Users are responsible for keeping login information confidential.
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with any other party without notifying and obtaining approval from the platform administration.
3. Platform Usage
- The platform must be used for educational purposes only.
- Any activity that may negatively affect the platform's performance or cause harm to other users is prohibited.
- A request to postpone the course or change the level may be submitted during the first week of the training course, at the trainee's full responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights related to the content on the platform are owned by the platform.
- Uploading or publishing any content that violates intellectual property rights or local laws, or contravenes the laws, ethics, values, customs, and traditions of Saudi Arabia or Islamic law, is prohibited.
5. Payment and Fees
- Some platform services may be paid. You can find price and terms details on the registration page or at payment.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the conditions stated in the refund policy are met.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All payments made through 'Abaq Learning' are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- If there is any technical malfunction preventing attendance of lessons, the course fee will be refunded after submitting a request to the platform administration via technical support. After reviewing the request and verifying eligibility, the amount will be returned.
- It is possible to postpone the training course if the new date is not suitable for the user.
- Your money was deducted twice by mistake.
- If the subscriber wishes to cancel their subscription, they have the right to contact Abaq platform to explain the reasons for cancellation. The platform will review the case to ensure the student's eligibility for cancellation or refund. Abaq platform reserves the right to reject the cancellation request.
7. Golden Guarantee
- The right to claim a refund becomes available after the first week.
- The golden guarantee cannot be claimed after the second week of the training course.
- The trainee must attend at least one week of the total course duration.
- Exercises and assignments must be completed daily after each lecture for one week.
- The refund period will be within 7 business days from the date of approval of the claim.
8. Transfer Registration from One Course to Another
- To transfer registration from one course to another, please ensure that the course you are transferring to is the same or higher than the previous course. This is the only case in which the request will be accepted.
- You can request a transfer by contacting technical support or through the communication channels available on the platform.
- For example: If you want to change your registration from a two-month English course to a three-month English course, you will need to pay the price difference.
